I was briefly worried that Nevada Republicans had nominated the one candidate who Harry Reid could beat this fall, but it appears I was worried for nothing, at least for now. Sharron Angle leads Harry Reid by 11 points, and leads by 10 among independents. Intrade briefly had the race as a toss-up, but Angle is now the favorite (60%).
It remains to be seen how effective a campaigner Angle is, but fortunately the right strategy for this race is really easy. As long as she can keep the focus on Reid, she should be able to win.
