Ok, I’ll bite . . .
What was the topic she was supposed to be testifying about? Pesticides? Farmers’ markets? Free land?
She seemed terribly incoherent. (That’s even before we consider her understanding of economics.)
Well, the video’s label says “Cooperative Retail Management, Business Real Property Improvement District Assessments.” In other words, I have no idea.
