This is, of course, not Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s main speech – that’s been (perhaps malignantly) scheduled for Wednesday, which is also Yom Kippur.

Unless the video is faked, it clearly shows the US delegation prsent during the speech.

Different speech? Or is the Telegraph reporting in advance of the speech and we didn’t actually boycott? Or something else?
